It is just supply & demand.

This email will not be technical, it’s not full of advice… My goal with this email is to permanently change the way you view YouTube Automation Niches.

Faceless YouTube Channels are just like opening a coffee stand.

Imagine you have $20k and want to open up a coffee-to-go stand.

Where would you rather open it? (demand)

  • A quiet street in a family community.

  • A busy street in the business district of the city, with 15,000 people in need of energy passing by your stand every day.

You’d take the second option, the demand for coffee & the amount of eyeballs on your coffee stand is much higher.

Where would you rather open it? (supply)

  • On a busy street with 12 other coffee stands.

  • On a busy street with 2 other coffee stands.

You’d choose the busy street with 2 other coffee stands. It is undersupplied.

And you have to start viewing YouTube Automation the same.

  • Where is the attention?

  • How many channels are already supplying that attention?

You don't want to be entering niches with low demand, and you don’t want to be entering niches with high supply.

YouTube is full of these opportunities, you just have to think outside the box.

Take the “Sports Niche” as an example.

You can start a channel in the “Football/Soccer Niche”, sure it has billions of fans, but there are thousands of channels already supplying that attention.

Or you can be smart like this guy, and start a channel in the “Snooker Niche”.

Snooker gets 500M views/year but has almost NO Channels supplying that attention.

He started this channel just 7 months ago and already got 16,000,000 views. Assuming a modest $4 RPM, that’s $64,000 in just 7 months.

All because he understood that YouTube Automation is about supply & demand.

He found an undersupplied sport with a lot of viewers and simply transferred the video concepts from football to snooker. He executed a “niche transfer method” that all the pros utilize.

So next time you’re thinking about starting a new channel, think about your channel fixing a gap in the marketplace.

It doesn’t matter how hard you row, it matters whether you’re going against the stream, or along the stream.

If I launched a Discord community about YouTube Automation, would you join?
